What FamilyScore is

FamilyScore is a financial awareness platform. It helps you understand your financial preparedness through a short assessment and a personalized report. It is educational: nothing on this site or in your report is financial, legal, or tax advice, and completing the assessment does not obligate you to buy anything.

What we collect

• Your answers to the assessment questions, used to calculate your score and build your report.
• If you request your full report: your name, email address, mobile number, age, and number of dependents.
• Basic technical information such as the campaign link that brought you here, used to understand how people find FamilyScore.

You can complete the assessment and see your score without providing any contact details at all.

How we use it

• To generate your personalized Financial Health Report and email it to you.
• To contact you about your results by phone, email, or WhatsApp, only if you have ticked the consent box.
• We record the date, time, and exact wording of the consent you gave.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your consent, and withdrawing it

By submitting your details you agree to be contacted about your FamilyScore results. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying to any FamilyScore email or writing to reports@familyscore.ae, and we will stop contacting you and delete your details on request.

Storage and retention

Your information is stored securely and used only for the purposes above, in line with UAE data protection requirements. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
